【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandmanufactureofautomaticdividerswhosefunctionisbasedonthevolumetricprincipleusingoneormoresuctionand/orpressingpistons.DoughdividersworkinginotherwaysareexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Theseautomaticdividersareusedinthefoodindustryandshops(pastry-making,bakeries,confectionery,etc.)fordividingdoughorpastryintoportionstoproducetherequiredweightofdoughpiece.Thesemachinescanbefedbyhandorautomatically.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotheinstallation,adjustment,operation,cleaning,maintenance,dismantling,disablingandscrappingofautomaticdividers,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).WhendraftingthisEuropeanStandard,ithasbeenassumedthatthemachinesarenotintendedtobecleanedwithwater.1.2Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:-experimentalandtestingmachines,underdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;-weightingdevices;-"knifeandbelt"dividersandothertypesofmachineswherethedividingmechanismisbasedonthefunctioningofamovingknife;-liftingandtiltingmachinesorotherseparatefeedingmachines.1.3AnoisetestcodeisincludedinAnnexAtoassistmanufacturerstomeasurenoiselevelsforthepurposeofthenoiseemissiondeclaration.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
