【摘要】:1.1Theserequirementscoverhigh-efficiency,particulate,air-filterunitsintendedfortheremovalofveryfineparticulatematter(notlessthan99.97percentof0.3microndiameterparticles)fromtheairofindustrialandlaboratoryexhaustandventilatingsystems.1.2Theserequirementscoversingleairfilterunits.1.3Theserequirementsdonotcovermultipleassemblyairfilterunits.1.4Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisstandard,andthatinvolvesariskoffireorofelectricshockorinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementstomaintainthelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisstandard.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisstandarddoesnotcomplywiththisstandard.Revisionofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisstandard.
